General Terms of Use

The cab-transfer service is provided by the company BADER VTC13. In accordance with article L3141-1 of the Transport Code, the Company provides a service connecting Drivers and Clients for the purpose of making journeys.

Article 1. Purpose of the service

The Company offers a passenger transport service which connects transport vehicles with drivers with clients for the purpose of carrying out journeys using motorized vehicles, in accordance with Article L3141-1 of the Transport Code.

Article 6. Regulations

The Customer can pay for their order directly after accepting the quote by credit card or by PayPal by validating the payment link sent by the company.

The Customer can also pay for their order at the end of the transport service in cash or by credit card on board the vehicle.

Article 2. Booking Procedures

2.1 Booking via Form (www.cab-transfert.com):

  • The user agrees to these conditions by ticking the acceptance box.
  • It provides all the required information (accurate and up-to-date).
  • The company processes the request and establishes a suitable quote with a price inclusive of all taxes (including all charges: parking, tolls...).
  • After the client accepts the quote, a booking voucher is issued and the service is provided.

2.2 Reservation by telephone:

The telephone ordering service is available 24/7. Ordering requires providing the information necessary for payment by credit card.

Article 3. Modification and cancellation

Cancellations and modifications can be made by telephone or on the website. Any cancellation made more than 60 minutes before the start of the race is free and fully refunded.

Cancellation less than 60 minutes in advance:

  • Comfort Sedan Range: €15
  • Business Sedan Range: €20
  • Van range: €25

Immediate departure bookings:

Any cancellation made less than 5 minutes after booking is free. In case of no-show, the following fees apply: Comfort Sedan (€10), Business Sedan (€15), Van (€20).

Article 4. Waiting period and guarantee against delay

The reservation includes free waiting time depending on the pick-up location and vehicle category:

In Hotels (then charged per minute):

  • Comfort Sedan: 5 minutes free (then €0.50/min)
  • Business Sedan: 5 minutes free (then €0.75/min)
  • Van: 5 minutes free (then €1/min)

At train stations (calculated from the train's arrival time):

  • Comfort Sedan: 15 minutes free (then €0.50/min)
  • Business Sedan: 15 minutes free (then €0.75/min)
  • Van: 15 minutes free (then €1/min)

At Airports (calculated from the point of landing):

  • Comfort Sedan: 45 minutes free (then €0.50/min)
  • Business Sedan: 45 minutes free (then €0.75/min)
  • Van: 45 minutes free (then €1/min)

Article 5. Pricing Conditions

The price is quoted inclusive of all taxes and VAT at the applicable rate. The fare may vary depending on the route suggested and/or requested by the customer (waiting time, additional stops, change of address).

During the ride, the Customer is asked to ask the driver for the price of any modification before confirming it.

Article 8. Company Obligations

The company undertakes, when the customer is accompanied by a child, to have and provide its own safety equipment required by regulations (baby seat, car seat, booster seat, etc.).

Article 7. Customer Obligations

The customer must board the vehicle at the agreed time. If the customer is not present after the legally mandated waiting time, the driver may cancel the ride.

The Client agrees to behave politely, respectfully, and courteously, and to comply with safety regulations. In the event of damage to the vehicle attributable to the Client or their passengers, they will be required to reimburse the repair costs.

Article 9. Security

In accordance with law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, BADER VTC13 undertakes to take all necessary precautions to preserve the security of personal data concerning the User and to prevent his data from being distorted, damaged, or accessed by unauthorized third parties.
